For 4 people you need:
- 8 pears of medium dimension
- 160 gr of sugar (white)
- 500 ml of red wine (good one)
First peel the pears. Second, Put the sugar in a pan and add the wine. After this you can add the cinnamon and the cloves. Simmer the syrup for 10-15 minutes and then add the pears. You have to cook them for 25 minutes with the lid on.
Place the pears on a plate and pour the wine on them, cool and now you can serve!
